From LIE (Rt. 495) eastbound, connect to Rt. 97 North (Stony Brook direction) at LIE exit 62. Continue to drive about 6 miles on Rt. 97 North until you see Rt. 347. Make right at Rt. 347, and pass 3 traffic lights, you will see Wireless Road sign. Turn right at Wireless Road. In less than half a mile (only a very short distance), make left at Strathmore Village Drive. (If you see a traffic light on Wireless Road, you have already passed). At the first block (Lynhaven PL.), make right, then almost immediately make left at Lyndon Lane. My office is in the second house on the left. You can park on both sides of the street.
From Rt. 347 (Nesconset Hwy) eastbound, after Rt. 97 (Nicolls Road) intersection, pass 3 traffic lights. At the 4th traffic light, turn Right onto Wireless Rd. About half a mile, turn Left onto Strathmore Village Dr. At the first block, turn Right onto Lynhaven PL, then turn Left onto Lyndon Lane. The clinic is in the 2nd house on the left.
